A competitive off season or Life Style food plan formulated based on your personal goals and individual parameters. After a questionnaire a plan will be created and adjusted as needed throughout one months time span. Unlimited communication via text and email is included and encouraged. Online and Local.

Contest Preparation is an ongoing process to allow you to become your best on stage. A typical Prep lasts 16 to 20 week. During this time Diet development is created and adjusted as needed throughout as your body changes. Also included is ongoing support which is unlimited via text and email. Client is required to check in weekly. Posing practice 2-4 times per month (local clients), ongoing training consultation, consultation and education on all aspects of Contest Prep, Last week pre show plan, support backstage at the show (depending on location) and an Exit Plan to safely transition back to the off season or normal life.
